Package Pick-Up Information

How long do I have to pick up my package after I received a UG2 notification?

Answer: Packages are held at the designated package centers for a total of 9 days.

Packages placed in smart lockers will be there for up to 2 days, then they will be held at the designated package center for 7 days (for a total of 9 days).

Packages not collected within 9 days will be returned to sender.

What to do if I cannot pick up my package within 9 days?

Answer: If you are planning to be away from campus for more than nine days, we recommend that you use the Proxy feature to have a trusted person pick up your package due to the limited capacity to hold packages at the package centers.

NOTE: Packages cannot be held over winter break and will be returned to sender after the nine days.

Security Monitoring at the Smart Lockers

Answer: Security monitoring is in place, and a snapshot may be taken of individuals who pick up items from the lockers and stored for 90 days.

UG2 Notification E-mail

What is an UG2 notification e-mail?

Answer: The UG2 notification e-mail lets you know that your package is ready for immediate pick up. The e-mail sender name and address is: UG2 Mail & Logistics (no-reply@pb.com).

This UG2 notification is different from the delivery confirmation from the carrier and is sent after your package has been processed

Tips:

Avoid a wasted trip: At times carriers update the delivery date prior to delivering the package. When your package is ready for immediate pickup, an e-mail notification will be sent from the UG2 Mail and Package Center Center (no-reply@pb.com), not the shipment carrier.
