Tresidder Package Center is the designated location for students in undergraduate residences, including EVGR-A and the Row and graduate students that elect to use this location.
Tips: Avoid a wasted trip: At times carriers update the delivery date prior to delivering the package. When your package is ready for immediate pickup, an e-mail notification will be sent from the UG2 Mail and Package Center Center (no-reply@pb.com), not the shipment carrier.

Graduate Package Center (GPC) is the designated location for students in university graduate residences. It is recommended that graduate students use GPC for secure delivery of packages.

Pick up a Package in 3 Easy Steps
1. Receive Package Pick-Up E-Mail
- Check the subject line in e-mail for this:
A package has arrived for you. - The e-mail sender name and address: UG2 Mail & Logistics (no-reply@pb.com)
2. Proceed to Designated Package Center
Find the designated package center included in your e-mail. It will be one of these locations:
- Tresidder Package Center
- Graduate Package Center
- Smart Lockers (open 24 hours)
3. Collect Package
Pick-up your package at the designated package center. Please note:
- A government issued photo ID or Stanford student ID is required for verification at package centers.
- The QR code from your e-mail is required to pick up the package
Authorize someone else to pick up a package
In order to assign another individual (a proxy) to pick up a package on your behalf, please:
- Forward your notification e-mail to them
- At the Package Center, they will be asked to show the following in order to claim your package:
- Your package notification e-mail (digitally or on paper)
- Their photo ID

Which holidays are you closed?
Answer: We are closed for all Stanford holidays including the following:
Closed on Monday, May 27th, 2024 for Memorial Day.
How long do I have to pick up my package after I received a UG2 notification?
Answer: Packages are held at the designated package centers for a total of 9 days.
Packages placed in smart lockers will be there for up to 2 days, then they will be held at the designated package center for 7 days (for a total of 9 days).
Packages not collected within 9 days will be returned to sender.
