Long-Time Customer Tishman Speyer Recognizes Exceptional Performance
UG2 takes tremendous pride in our teams’ efforts to go above and beyond in serving our customers, and nothing makes us happier than seeing their efforts recognized at the highest level by our customers themselves.
We are thrilled to share that this year’s prestigious Tishman Speyer Cornerstone Awards winners included Ludovino (Chichi) Rodriguez, Senior Account Manager from our New England team. Raul Marte, Day Porter, also earned recognition as a Cornerstone Award nominee. The Cornerstone Awards are a Tishman Speyer internal recognition program honoring outstanding talent across the company’s global operations. They celebrate employees who exemplify the company’s mission, vision, and values by demonstrating intelligence, innovation, and hospitality in their roles.
No one who has had the good fortune to work alongside Chichi or Raul, or to witness their leadership and tireless commitment, will be surprised by the honors.

I agree with those sentiments and can add that Raul has served the building for over 20 years as the go-to person for equipment repairs and various other needs. He is highly regarded by tenants and clients alike for his willingness to step up and assist, always with a positive attitude.
